Karnataka Common Entrance Test is held in two parts, Biology/ Mathematics and Physics/ Chemistry.

Candidate will qualify only if he possesses 45% marks in HSC with PCB as subjects.

Exam will conduct in 2nd week of May 2018.
Full Description: Karnataka State Combined Medical Entrance Exam is conducting this exam for admission in MBBS/BDS.
Candidates who are interested to get admission in undergraduate medical courses can appear in this exam.


Eligibility Criteria: 10+2 Physics, Chemistry and Biology with 50% marks.
The candidates those who want to make their career in Medical field can apply for this examination only when they match up with specific criteria mentioned under norms of Medical Karnataka. Students those who are pursuing under Karnataka Council of Higher secondary Education and Central Indian School certificate board are only eligible to appear for such State level exams.
Test Pattern: It is a multiple choice based test with subjects of Mathematics/Biology, Physics and Chemistry. The test medium is English. The test of Physics has 60 marks questions needs to be attended in 70 minutes, Mathematics with 60 questions needs to be completed in 70 minutes, Chemistry and Biology includes 60 marks questions to be covered in 70 minutes each.
Syllabus: The test has questions from the basic syllabus of 10+2 examination of the state board.

The age limit specified for the aspiring candidates are 17 years till 31 December from the date of appearing. Based upon the scores incurred in single competitive exams, students get options from number of State level colleges in West Bengal.
